Over the past decade, Cleveland has undergone a transformation that extends beyond a few new buildings. The internal vibe has transformed into that of pride and grit. We stopped believing what others said and started making Cleveland awesome. Sherwin-Williams is a part of that, so what better way to bring that to life than through our color?
By creating a Cleveland color palette, Sherwin-Williams demonstrates its hometown pride. The palette corresponds with landmarks around the city and lives via billboards, kiosks and social media. By using the hashtag #ClevelandIsColorful users can generate their own personal colors or promote the campaign to their various networks. By partnering with Cleveland's Visitors Bureau, Destination Cleveland, a color coded map could be created via a microsite, along with Snapchat geofilters.
